At KassRoot, every piece is crafted with intention and welded with care. Because our permanent jewelry is custom‑fit and applied directly during your appointment, all sales are final. This Refund Policy explains what is and isn’t eligible for refunds, repairs, or replacements.
1. Permanent Jewelry Services
All permanent jewelry services, including chain selection, charm selection, custom sizing, and welding, are non‑refundable.
Once a chain is cut and welded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
2. Breakage & Repairs
We want you to love your piece and wear it confidently.
2.1 Complimentary Re‑Weld (Within 30 Days)
If your jewelry breaks within 30 days of your appointment, we offer a free re‑weld, provided you still have the chain.
2.2 Repairs After 30 Days
After the 30‑day window, a small re‑weld fee may apply.Lost chains or charms are not eligible for replacement.
3. Allergies & Sensitivities
KassRoot uses high‑quality materials such as gold‑filled and sterling silver.
However, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to:

Customers are responsible for confirming metal compatibility before receiving a service
4. Event Deposits & Mobile Bookings
Deposits for private events, mobile appointments, or group bookings are non‑refundable.
If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
5. Merchandise & Physical Products
If KassRoot offers physical products (gift cards, accessories, merch), the following applies:

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.Digital products or digital gift cards are delivered electronically and are non‑refundable once sent.
6. Missed Appointments & Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation without refund.
7. Service Refusal
KassRoot reserves the right to refuse service for safety, hygiene, or policy reasons.
If service is refused due to customer behavior or policy violations, no refund will be issued.
