3. Payments

4. Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling​

Individual Appointments

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

• No‑shows may be charged the full appointment fee.

Mobile Events & Parties

• Deposits are non‑refundable.

• Events may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

• If KassRoot must cancel due to illness, weather, or safety concerns, deposits may be transferred to a new date.

5. Permanent Jewelry Disclaimer

Permanent jewelry is designed to stay on indefinitely. By receiving this service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The weld is permanent unless intentionally removed.

• KassRoot is not responsible for lost jewelry due to breakage, snagging, or removal.

• Chains are delicate and should be worn with care.

• If your piece breaks within 30 days, KassRoot will re‑weld it at no cost.

• After 30 days, a small re‑weld fee may apply.

• Lost chains or charms are not eligible for replacement.

6. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

KassRoot uses high‑quality materials such as gold‑filled and sterling silver. However:

• It is your responsibility to confirm any metal allergies or sensitivities before receiving a service.

• KassRoot is not liable for allergic reactions, irritation, or discomfort resulting from jewelry wear.

7. Safety Requirements

• Protective eyewear must be worn during the welding process.

• KassRoot reserves the right to refuse service if safety protocols are not followed.

• For mobile appointments, the client must provide a safe, clean workspace with adequate lighting and access to power.
