KassRoot is a mobile permanent jewelry provider based in Alberta, Canada. While most of our offerings are delivered in person, we may occasionally offer physical products such as gift cards, accessories, or branded merchandise. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, delivery, and related concerns.

1. In‑Person Services

Most KassRoot offerings, including permanent jewelry, chain selection, charm selection, and welding, are provided in person only.

These services do not involve shipping.

2. Physical Products

If you purchase a physical item through our website (such as a gift card, accessory, or merchandise), the following shipping terms apply.

2.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days.

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, special promotions, or high‑volume periods.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • KassRoot ships within Canada only, unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping carriers may include Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable providers.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • KassRoot is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • All shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the error is on our end.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, KassRoot is not responsible for:

  • lost packages

  • stolen packages

  • delays caused by the carrier

  • damage occurring during transit. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

KassRoot is not responsible for:

  • orders shipped to incorrect addresses

  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because many KassRoot items are custom, limited, or personal in nature:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped items unless the product arrives defective

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

8. Digital Products

If KassRoot offers digital gift cards or downloadable items:

  • These products are delivered electronically

  • No shipping fees apply

  • Digital products are non‑refundable once delivered
